The Rebound Cycle
Here is where the problem compounds. The Ayurvedic Understanding of Dandruff (Darunaka)
Ayurveda describes dandruff as Darunaka — a condition of the scalp primarily involving imbalanced Kapha and Vata doshas, with secondary involvement of Bhrajaka Pitta (the sub-type of Pitta that governs skin metabolism and lustre).
