Return and refund policy

At Ayutra, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and personal care products, we maintain a strict return policy.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and such concerns must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a request, please email us at hello@ayutra.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We request you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days, along with relevant images, so our team can promptly review and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care and wellness products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have any questions before purchasing, our team is always happy to assist.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved cases will be handled through replacement or refund, as applicable.


Refunds

Once your request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
